With a background in clinical counseling and a wealth of experience in various treatment settings, I specialize in working with older adolescents and young adults. I'm interested in addressing emerging adulthood themes, including identity exploration, relationship dynamics, and the unique challenges posed by career and life goals.

I specialize in integrative psychotherapy; while emphasizing the use of evidence-informed practices, I integrate them into my practice to fit the your best needs. By focusing your own choice and empowerment, I will support you on a path to freedom and improved well-being.

We can all appreciate the accessibility of meeting virtually; all from the comfort of your home.

All your appointments will take place in on a HIPPA complaint software system, with easy tools such as file transfer and secure transactions.
